Do I need a card to start?
No. Free is forever. We only ask for a card when you decide to upgrade to Pro or Multi-workshop, via Mercado Pago.
What counts as a 'quote'?
Each processed file counts as 1 — regardless of how many materials you try on the same file. Both internal quotes (from your panel) and public-quoter ones (from your customers) count.
What happens when a customer tries to quote after the limit?
They get a friendly message: 'The quoter is being upgraded, we already notified the workshop.' You get an automatic email with the list of waiting customers. When you upgrade to Pro, we send them their price and the link to finish the order.
Does it work outside Colombia?
Yes — we support Mexico, Peru, Chile, Argentina, Brazil, Ecuador, Costa Rica, Venezuela and more. We charge in local currency. Available payment methods depend on your account's country.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You keep access until your paid period ends. Then your account automatically reverts to Free — your data and orders are not deleted.
How are payments processed?
We use Mercado Pago for recurring subscriptions in LATAM and Lemon Squeezy in other countries. Your invoice is issued to your name from our registered company.
